1. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice containing:

  • Work Identification: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Location of Infringing Material: The exact URL(s) or other information that lets us locate the content.
  • Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good-Faith Statement: A declaration that you believe, in good faith, the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy & Authority: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If your material was removed but you believe this was in error—or you hold the necessary rights—please send us:

  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature (including your full legal name).
  • Removed Content Details: Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared.
  • Good-Faith Statement: Under penalty of perjury, a declaration that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  • Contact Information & Consent: Your name, address, phone number, email address, and a statement consenting to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the claimant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days (or a longer period if required), we may restore the material at our discretion.

3. Important Notes

  • Legal Consequences: Knowingly submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may expose you to legal penalties.
  • Immediate Removal: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe without prior notice.
  • Repeat Infringers: Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may be terminated.
